The All In Planning package includes:

• The Aisle Assistant budget template

• Initial call to determine overall wedding aesthetic and budget

• Contact venues for pricing, packages, and additional information*

• Short list of vetted venues that meet couple’s criteria (e.g. guest count, look or feel, deal breakers, etc)*

• Proposal and contract review to assist with final venue decision

• Help determining appropriate budget based on location of wedding, season, priorities, overall vision, etc

• Email correspondence as needed for duration of package

• Includes 60 minute check in calls every 4-8 weeks throughout engagement to discuss planning challenges and “homework” for next meeting

• Guidance for selecting and contracting wedding vendors

  • Vendor proposal and contract review to assist with final decision**

  • Advice for vendor selection as needed

• Sourcing of wedding day essentials such as ceremony items, and wedding day paper goods like signage, escort cards, table numbers, programs, and menus***

• Custom “wedding bible” that includes master wedding day timeline, vendor and wedding party contact information, ceremony processional and recessional, floor plans, items to keep track of, and everything in between

• Utilization of existing timeline and plans from venue coordinator, catering manager, DJ/band, etc if applicable
